This quote is really inspiring. I feel that it sums up my project. Each of my editorials have been inspired by the architect Gaudi. Through styling, set design and crops. Looking at shape, movement, pattern and texture. I want to put this quote at the front of my I love book.

Book Cover
I have decided to use this image for the cover of my book. The mosaic tiles have been a huge inspiration on my work and I feel that this is a really strong image. I took this photograph in Park Guell in Barcelona. I love the colour and different patterns created with the tiles.

Shoot 8
I love this editorial so much! Ayo is perfect for this concept and the colours and jewellery pop against her skin. The lighting has created this glow on her skin which makes the images so much more eye catching. In this shoot I continued to experiment with patterned wallpaper backgrounds.

Both of these images are simple and elegant. I love the close up portrait crops making the images strong and showing off emotion and detail. I feel that this style of photography would work well with my Jewellery editorial.
Shoot 7
Taking inspiration from Paola Kudacki I shot at a lower angle to create this taller illusion with the model.
I also decided to create movement and shape with the models hair through out the editorial to reflect the shapes of the chimneys.
The monochrome styling has been carefully pieced together to create structure to reflect Gaudi's architecture.

Paola Kudacki
Paola manages to create movement not only with the clothing but also in the body and hair.
This is something I want to create with my monochrome shoot. The images look alive and fresh.
I want to link my monochrome editorial with the beautiful chimneys on the roof tops in Barcelona, by shooting at a lower angle like Paola Kudacki you can create the illusion of being taller.

Shoot 6
Taking inspiration from Alberta Ferretti, Boden and Mary Katrantzou, I have experimented with crazy patterns, texture and colour. Both with the styling and background. Daniel Jackson's lighting inspired me a long with others through out my research. Soft lighting creating a glow on the models skin, which also enhances the models cheekbones.
I paid close attention to my crops within this editorial - close up portrait images to show of the details in the garments and the full body images to show off the full outfit.
